When traveling to northeast China, you must try the local cuisine, which features delectable stews, sauces and roasts. Distinctive in taste, northeastern cuisine is rough in shape and rich in color. In this video, Johan and his friends travel to Harbin and sample some local favorites like Suancai (Chinese cabbage) and Harbin beer.
