Chinese Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Mongolia on Thursday vowed to boost cooperation in various fields.

Both sides made the remarks at the 8th conference of the economy cooperation standing working group held in Ulan Bator.

They spoke highly of the development of cooperation in the fields of economy, culture, health and science in recent years.

Yu Dehui, vice chairman of People's Government of China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, said that the aim of the conference is to strengthen cooperation on mining, ports and transportation and to solve some problems in these fields.

B. Nyamsuren, secretary of the Mongolian Industry and Trade Ministry, said his country hoped more Chinese high-tech enterprises would invest in Mongolia.
