    KATHMANDU, May 8 (Xinhua) -- Nepali Prime Girija Prasad Koirala Thursday sent a congratulation letter to Chinese President Hu Jintao, on the Beijing Olympic flame reaching the top of Mt. Qomolangma.

    Chinese ambassador Zheng Xianglin Thursday in Nepali capital Kathmandu visited Prime Minister Koirala, conveying an oral message from Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao.

    In the oral message, Premier Wen said, the Beijing Olympic flame has reached the top of Mt. Qomolangma with full success. Premier Wen is grateful to the Nepali government, army and relatedauthorities for the support and assistance extended.
