Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) government and authorities in the Chinese mainland will pull all their efforts to locate and help Hong Kong people who might be stranded in earthquake-hit Sichuan Province, HKSAR Chief Executive Donald Tsang said Friday. Speaking to reporters before leaving for a visit in Singapore, Tsang said he was highly concerned about the safety of Hong Kong people in Sichuan Province, which was devastated by a magnitude-7. 8 earthquake that have killed more than 21,000 and left more missing. On search and rescue operations, Tsang said he will closely monitor the situation, adding two volunteer teams of government officers and a team of medical experts from the Hospital Authority have arrived in Sichuan to help with rescue work in earthquake- stricken areas. Tsang said the HKSAR government has succeeded in getting in contact with a newly-wed couple who were believe to have gone missing when they were taking wedding photo...
