BEIJING, July 7 -- Martial-arts superstar Jet Li considers the healthy balance between exercises for one's body and mind an important contribution to his success, and now he is helping others to find that balance.
At a press conference on Sunday in Shanghai, Li introduced a new system of exercise he calls "Wuji," which blends martial-arts moves with yoga positions, Sina.com.cn reports.
Li and some other fitness professionals demonstrated the exercise with several hundred bodybuilders on site. He believes that Wuji can help long-term practitioners reach tiptop conditions both physically and mentally.
