A report released Thursday by CTR, a leading Chinese market research firm, says only 20% of Chinese credit card holders are loyal to brands, the lowest level worldwide, the China Securities Journal reported. CTR came to the conclusion after surveying 4,515 residents in 12 major mainland cities. According to the report, a further 38.7% of respondents were indifferent to credit card brands and 31.5% chose brands randomly. The global average for indifference is around 26%.
