Vodafone Group is considering selling its 3.27% stake in China Mobile (NYSE: CHL, HKG: 0941), said chairman Sir John Bond Wednesday at a shareholders meeting. The British telecommunications firm first acquired 2.18% of the world's biggest wireless carrier for $2.5 billion in November 2000 and lifted the ownership to 3.27% for another $750 million in 2002.
